At INNORHINO, every packaging solution is custom-built to meet your brand’s specifications, materials, and performance needs. As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced.

📦 Custom Orders – No Returns
All products are made-to-order. We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-printed packaging
- Molded components
- Specialty finishes or configurations
Please confirm all details before final approval.
✅ Proofing & Pre-Production Approval
To ensure accuracy, we follow a strict approval process:
- Clients must review and approve all digital proofs, dielines, print files, and production specs before manufacturing begins.
- Once approved, INNORHINO is not liable for errors such as spelling mistakes, color discrepancies, or design misalignments included in the approved files.
🎨 Color & Print Disclaimer
Please be aware:
- Minor color variations between digital previews and final printed products are common due to different materials and print methods.
- For accurate color outcomes, we recommend physical print samples or Pantone color matching (available upon request and subject to additional charges).
🧪 Samples & Testing
We offer optional sampling and prototyping services to validate structure, finishes, or printing:
- Sampling fees are non-refundable, but may be credited toward production upon order confirmation.
- This service is highly recommended for premium or high-volume orders.
📷 Quality Concerns & Damaged Goods
If you receive items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
- A short description of the problem
If it is determined to be a manufacturing error, we will arrange for a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
